Teleworks USA Set to Hold Job Fair for Concentrix on Tuesday, May 23

Teleworks USA is set to host a job fair for its newest hub for customer service provider Concentrix in Leslie County on Tuesday, May 23.

Teleworks USA staff will be on hand beginning at 12 p.m. to assist prospective teleworkers as they learn about open positions with Concentrix, a global leader of business services that will be looking to hire multiple customer service representatives to provide client support in a work-from-home setting.

The event will be held for Teleworks USA’s newest hub, the Hyden Teleworks USA Hub, located at 108 Maple Street, Hyden, Ky. The job fair will be held in the same building that houses the hub, but in the second floor auditorium.

Qualified candidates should be moderately skilled with computers and have home internet speeds of at least 5 MB download and 1.5 MB upload. Previous call center or work-at-home experience is a plus but not required.

Employee benefits include competitive salary with tenured raises, monthly performance incentives, medical benefits (full-time only), and paid training and time off.
